Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, I, the personal data subject, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, while using the website: https://gk-mast.ru/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website or Service), freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, hereby give my full, unconditional and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) under the following conditions:

1. The Consent is granted to Joint-Stock Company “MosInvest” (PSRN 1237700014947, TIN 7716976580), registered at: Room 21B, Premises 21Ch, Building 1, 31 Iskry Street, Babushkinsky Municipal District, Moscow, 129344, Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

2. The Consent is granted for the automated processing of the personal data specified below, including the use of the Yandex Metrica online service, in accordance with the following list:

IP address;
information obtained from cookies;
browser information;
access time;
referrer URL (the address of the previous page).

as well as the following data when submitting requests:

E-mail address;
Full name;
Position/role in the project;
Messenger contact details;
Telephone number.

3. The Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

Measuring Website traffic;
Collecting requests for consultations;
Selling goods and services;
Improving the quality of service.

4. I agree that data processing shall mean any actions performed with personal data, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), use, anonymization, blocking and destruction of personal data.

5. The User hereby confirms that they have read the “Privacy Policy for Personal Data Processed through the Website https://gk-mast.ru/”.

I have been informed of the possibility of withdrawing my consent in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, by sending a written request in free form by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Operator’s address or to the following e-mail address: info@gk-mast.ru.

7. This consent to the processing of personal data shall remain valid from the moment it is submitted to the Operator until the purposes of processing are achieved, in accordance with the Operator’s documents governing personal data processing. Once the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved, or if the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data, the personal data shall be destroyed in accordance with the requirements of the Operator’s organizational and administrative documentation.
